enlighten me...I've seen two different estimates in the S-4 of the exchange rate ( not reverse split ratio ) of 40 shares of MSTX to 1 of Savara and a high of 46.72 shares of MSTX for 1 of Savara. My question is why would the price rise knowing full well at the time of THE REVERSE merger you will give up at least 40 of your shares at whatever the share price is at the time for 1 of Savara. The ratio will be fixed ( stated clearly in the S4 ) so if Savara is priced at $5 and MSTX is trading for .30 per share you would pay $12 for a $5 share of Savara.

I don't understand any enthusiasm for this deal or buying into MSTX at this point.
