Yes a close above .035 would be a good sign with first real resistance at .0358. My only caution is that until real volume shows up this daily noise is just that noise. We have been stuck between .035 and .028 range now for about 5 weeks. The weekly chart looks like it may want to break to the up side, but I would be careful here only because this could easily break either way! JMO
