I think we are seeing some run-up now, combined with with the IBB move.
How strong that is will show when IBB has down days.
I agree that 2017 looks to be favorable in terms of both price and company development.
My expectation is for IDRA to build a base support again at $2 area where it can again make a move to $3 area with news/product progress suffiencient to make a move to the $4-5 level that is sustainable.
IDRA, IMO, has the key elements to very successful long term.
Management, Institutional support, highly needed large market product and capitalization.

All the world and local geo-political stuff is going to factor in as well. It could accelerate or decrease bio moves. Just have to see how it all works together.
My feeling for portfolio managment is based on the concept that one does not lose by taking appropriate profits and the trend should be upward.
