OMHE has implemented NOTHING in 8 months.

Just DELAYING AND BAITING ON PURPOSE WHILE IMPLEMENTING NOTHING.

In 8 months, omhe has a plan on planning 4 divisions.

No MJ Cultivation specified
No MJ Lab specified.

Just NO MJ is likely the real answer.
