High alert for both SINO and TOPS. Not sure folks understand the double winning. To beats big time on weak BDI. the meaning is those companies are well positioned.imagine the impact when BDI surges over 1000 again. Even now based on very reasonable shipping PE , Equal PPS is way over $10.
