place to generate revenue...


My previous post was only

about 850 million authorized

with the Nevada SOS...

Instead of the info of

800 million authorized that

is shown on otcmarkets info...


Tang and Tang control most

of the common shares outstanding...

If they were to convert their

common ownership to preferred

shares then the company could

lower the authorized share count...


And then if/when Tang were

to produce significant company

growth the common shareholders

could also see potentially

much bigger price growth...
