All I said was that NVTS doesn't want the shares-the CNAT option to trigger the conversion (which I didn't know about and thanks for pointing me to investorvillage for an explanation) is really interesting relative to the need for secondary financing to complete all of the Phase 2B trials.

My original point was that this convertible makes the CNAT-NVTS relationship even stronger and is a huge positive, I think we agree on that, correct?
