In the context of 'stopping all terrorism' it's interesting what William Blum's next words were

"on the 4th day i would be assassinated" actually, seems to me to suggest he understood terrorism would not stop, though he does imply the source would shift,

Also, it's interesting, though Blum and his thoughts hadn't changed overnight, what happened to his 'popularity' after Bin Laden praised his comment.

Noted now from that link that Trump and Blum have something in common.

What's my point? .. lol, for one, no, not that Trump and Blum should be equated in any way at all .. Blum is just being honest in saying what
he sees, t-rump is being 'truthful' for crass political motives .. so seems by whom, and larger context of why sentiments are expressed at a
time obviously have something to do with our positions on them .. if and when and by whom similar sentiments are appropriate .. that stuff.

Haven't yet disentangled it myself .. just thoughts, so this just observation for now .. haven't thought it through at all,
yet .. yeah, guess this was just bumbling rant and should never have posted it until it had been thought through more .. lol.

Maybe a conclusion could be that Blum's words there are meaningless as his "If" is pure fiction .. and mine above is just useless, fuzzy philosophizing .. lol.

Now, yes or no? .. LOLOL .. screw it .. click.

It was Plato who said, “He, O men, is the wisest, who like Socrates, knows that his wisdom is in truth worth nothing”
