DMRJ/PP can't possibly care if we settle quickly or not. IMO the criminal charges they face from the Feds will wipe them out financially. At that point ,why would they care if the money goes to us or the investors they ponzied.
They should end up nearly broke and in jail with or without our involvement. If they have fifteen things to be concerned about, settling quickly with us might come in fourteenth. IMO.
