Not that you care what I have to say, but I've been around a few years and I've seen that it really doesn't matter how you vote. The end result will always be "for"

I have never seen an R/S or dilution proxy vote not go through, even though I know nearly all shareholders would have voted "no"

I did see FINRA reject GB$#'s most recent R/S request, but they're the worst, most crooked company and CEO of all time. Big boards and OTC, and I think it was their 4th in a year.
