I tend to agree on timing.

The illegitimate fire sale to L-3 has been approved.

So, what's left to decide is how the proceeds of that sale are distributed. How much to distribute and to whom is in question.

If there is a settlement, these things will be worked out. So, to me, this means we'd know what we're getting shortly after the settlement is reached.

If there is not a settlement, I expect this fiasco could go on for years.
