I'm so confused. They basically preannounced so what is really going to change when they officially announce? Will it be worse? Will it be better? If it's worse, where really is the PPS going to go? It's already had it's butt kicked.

I can't imagine any big surprises and it's certainly 'why we are at... where we are at.' ;)
