I do try to touch base with him ever so often. He is cordial, but very tight-lipped. Contrary to the opinions of some here, I believe he feels sorry for our situation and I believe he would like to improve communications. He has not divulged exactly what the reason is why he can't or won't start filing (even on OTC).
At this point, I am unwilling to dump my position and accept 1c per share. So, I wait for:
- the day Marcus starts communicating with shareholders OR
- the day a company buys IDLM OR
- the day an investment group issues a tender offer to buy the publicly-held shares and take IDLM private OR
- the day a group comes in and, recognizing that IDLM cannot issue shares, decides to manipulate the daylights out of the stock OR
- the day someone files suit against Frasier for failing to run IDLM in a manner most beneficial to shareholders
If any of these happen, I can easily imagine IDLM trading for 30c or better. So, I simply cannot sell at 1c. And thus I am STUCK.
I am obviously NOT an investment advisor.
