This is old debt, but definitely is the last one.

Conversion price of 0.0004 is determined by the agreement which sets the price at 50% of the lowest trading price for the common stock for the 25 consecutive prior trading days immediately preceding the conversion date.

From the day Sleek picked MJTK on Jan 12 on, today is the 25th trading day. After today, if any debts are not converted, the conversion price will be much much higher. Based on this reasoning, the lenders definitely has converted all of their debts before today, 2/16.

Therefore, the dilution is completely over!
