I couldn't beg to differ more. There is plenty that can be done. Yes ask questions..look for answers and share your findings. Again I encourage anyone to step up and try and fortify our case either with observations you made reading through all the courts documents, conference calls, financial statements, old PRs, or timeline. Read journalists covering our story or the PP story in general. Complaining on this message board is your right but I feel other than the initial vent is an unproductive us eof time and certainly not helping get our lost $$ back or supporting the 5 folks that are working their tails off on the E.C. on all our behalf.

Sending positive vibes to the EC isn't going to make a difference. " - I'm imagining this was directed at me so if that's the case ..I never said sending postive vibes to the EC (although I do) i'm talking about trying to tangibly support them.
So I go back to the E.C. official statement prior to Xmas and if you have concerns with data that you can clearly articulate to support it and think it may help the case... why not share it with our legal team and EC? That's productive and helping and not being simply a "cheerleading squad" for the E.C. . I'll take supporting our E.C.. over encouraging folks to just compain on this board.
