RSHN Transition Corporation was incorporated 2 Jan. 2015. Jurisdiction is Colorado. The Agents name is Central Wireless, Inc., another Corr Brands shell / relation?

OTC says Jarvis Holdings LLC bought controlling interest on Oct. 24, 2016. I could not find anything concerning such an entity anywhere, but what I did find was that the new website: http://www.marhalo.com was registered the day before on Oct. 23, 2016. Location, Scottsdale, AZ http://knowledge.naturaladconcept.com/marhalo.com

All that said, I’m not convinced that Bob has moved on, but making the best of this shell by re-branding it. After a search of all the entities that Corr Brands, Inc. had relations with, it is my belief that IDCG owns or has license to RSHN & APRU products and will be in production sometime in 2017. They just acquired a new processing facility in Dalton, IL, just outside of Chicago. JMO
