I said I thought ERHC was in default in paying CEPSA long before ERHC admitte to it in their filings. I came to that conclusion based on the facts. ERHC had not raised any capital and the Joint Operating Agreement clearly spelled out what constitutes a default under that contract. So I was using facts to come to a logical and correct conclusion. That is what smart investors do. And it is a whole lot better than ignoring the facts and pretending everytning is great. I'm not about to hide things I know or strongly believe to be true. I leave that game to ERHC management.
