Years and years of "Let's wait and see"

Just sit around waiting for years as the ticker symbol changes, Reverse splits occur, the seven year chart looks like a downhill ski slope, etc......

Volume is awful and has been for years, and even the most faithful of investors say they are Sorry for buying this POS.

SO, once the SEC thing blows over, this should be all good? I don't get that impression at all.
