I sure hope that was a feeble attempt at sarcasm and you weren’t serious.

The owner and two MedGen CEOs were indicted on fraud charges.
Once this goes to court they’ll be banned indefinitely from serving as an officer or director of any public company or trading any penny stock.

Even as a shell it’s worthless - why buy one with a history of massive fraud when so many others are available?

There’s no chance in hell this scam is going anywhere, and anyone buying is an ignoramous.
