Don't buy into this company until they update there OTC status. There is still a yield sign meaning caution to purchase this stock very very very risky. Most importantly I would not purchase because the authorized share amount is unlimited !!!! The price of this stock will never move and they will continue to pocket your money !!!!! This company has had mergers and all kinds of news behind the scenes but yet not all there credentials are up to date ..Huge red flags here showing how they care for there shareholders ... THEY DONT !!!!
