Ok, so a few at the BCSC thinks that Lopehandia is insane,or almost,in that he believes he has claim rights to very important properties which are also falsely claimed by Barrick.
Serious legal action is underway in Chile to clear all this up.
Barrick has sued judges and invented all kinds of delaying tactics through their subsidiary CMN in Chile
These properties are offered in Barrick's SEC filings.This is a fact and everyone agrees. Yet Barrick have not been required to make a qualifying statement to this effect.
Barrick have stated that these properties which are involved in litigation have no material value to the project yet have made no clarifying statements as to their material rights of claim as filed in their SEC filings.
