I'm not sure what I am saying about GAWK ownership by the common share holders is fully understood...

I recalculated with the most recent known numbers and this is what it looks like today:

Fully converted to common at the current price is an OS of 72,812,778,133! Almost 73 Billion shares! That assumes the Preferred A and B convert 1:1... which I highly doubt is true!

Current shareholders own 2,244,589,633 shares.

After all the dilution that is 3% of the company (not 1% as I previously calculated)!

97% of GAWK is owned by the preferred holders, not anyone buying the common shares!

What is an appropriate value of 3% of GAWK?

Well, I think the massive conversion and daily dumping below .0002 answers that question... think about it... why are they unloading like drunken sailors?

I welcome anyone who wants to challenge these numbers...
