Hi old fellow friends. It's been awhile!
So let's not forget about the loan from tca that was due on Dec 31, 2016. It has to be assumed that it was defaulted and there was this little clause in the contract which can be looked up:
"To secure its obligations under the Note and Credit Agreement, Bitzio pledged to TCA all of its assets, as did each of Bitzio’s subsidiaries."
So in other words, who knows who currently controls or owns btzo and it's subsidiaries at this point. The may have nothing to do with GERS. What a mess this has become!
