It's fairly self explanatory, GF. MEXP/INOH's registration has always been in Colorado. There's plenty of info regarding their beginning and shell hijacker Robert Stevens in order to help make the Colorado connection.

As for fees, shell hijackers charge back all the filing fees and court costs to the shell in the form of debt. They pay themselves for their time as well - that too becomes part of the debt. Stevens pays himself $200 an hour, etc., etc. Who knows what Goldy pays himself now - originally it was $30,000 per month.

Kind of humorous that many of the original convertible noteholders were from those areas - I think even Goldy's dentist or doctor was on the list of those issued shares for the INOH P&Ds.
