I just confirmed my brokerage is fully merged now...

They apparently must have sold $275,000,000.00 of assets off to Ally Financial formerly GMAC finance before merging ...

Idk... I have a $250,000,000.00 complaint filled with the SEC, they have a copy New brokerage varified they have a copy just 2 weeks ago... and the Former Encounter CFO has a copy.

Guessing the CFO paid for delivery of my shares in advance. Wrote off 900k. 6 million old ENTI and 3 MIA certs are 9 million so I divided 900k by 9 million and got .10...

Really doubt they go for .10

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
