Jorge Lopehandia is right, Barrick doesn't own the Tesoro claims to Pascua Lama yet Barrick and Silver Wheaton lists them in NI 43-101 recorded with the BCSC.

What the hell is the BCSC doing!? No wonder they're accused of fraud along side Barrick.
