No if they run a PROMO that would go towards the debt still owed by Good Vibrations that was court ordered paid in stock sales. Thats why the beer guys said they will not promote the ticker. The money would not go to them.

They need to use that 1200$ to buy treasury stock then do a promo after the name change and presto they have their funding for the equipment
