Wow! If PN is turning down help from those who are experts, and letting this company run into the ground in the meantime, he needs to be demoted/fired.

What has to happen to make a real change?

Technically, we are his boss. He has avoided answers for years and is attempting to weaken our ability to check him. I think he needs to go now. Do we have to wait until December to do anything? If we wait that long, he will have created serious dilution by then. Is our only option just selling out now and cutting our losses?
