JUST GOT A CALL FROM TIM DEHERRERA !!!

Just got off the phone.

Tim called me.

Here is essentially what he told me:

(1) Changes are coming to the company. Should be activity within 30 days.

(2) Should become current within 30 days.

(3) Filings are coming.

(4) The old website was not Force's. Someone had committed fraud and apparently stole the URL, he surmised. At any rate, it was and is not their's. The fraud, he says, has been reported.

(5) DeHerrera is still with the company in a controlling interest. His stock holdings are that large.

(6 He is not with Wipro. That is another Tim DeHerrera.
