In addition to what you said, there are many who are able to buy here at below .0001 and flip it at .0001 and make a profit. Case in point, there have been several dips today below .0001 and someone has bought quite a few around .00007 and will immediately put it back in the ask at .0001.

How can it move higher when there is "no bid" and the "ask" is perpetually over 1 billion???
