It looks like at least one of the CACI executives named in the LightPod lawsuit is still with the company. I wonder if they would have any additional concerns with their company name being associated with a Canabis company!

In January and February 2012, Battis/LEI repeatedly stated to Budike/Light-Pod that he approached John Dalton and Mark Robertson, executives at CACI, who both, on behalf of CACI, agreed to, and in fact would, invest Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars with LEI to help launch Light-Pod technology.
