If someone of wealth, vision, and ability were to see what I see it would not surprise me at all should they accumulate a large percentage of the outstanding stock in stealth mode, to gradually rising, and absurdly low prices.

The prices are absurdly low only if there is a hidden presence of someone meeting the criteria stated above. Otherwise the price right now is absurdly high.
