Not really good news. mdmn owns 26 percent of the shares of auryn. any additional shares authorized and issued by auryn will dilute us. Not likely, buts its possible the offered shares will come from the existing pool of stock owned by parties other than mdmn.

if auryn becomes cash positive hopefully only a very small number of shares will need to be issued.

it would help establish a value for mdmn, knowing what the public believes auryn is worth though.
