I really can't see what possible difference this case makes either way. It only proves that Ruppert and Kalisky are complete POSs, but we already knew that.
NGCG is already a broken down heavily diluted scam. We knew that too. The case won't change that fact no matter what happens.
If Ruppert wins, what does he win? CASH? lol NGCG has none. SHARES? Who wants to buy 'em? They're nearly worthless.
If NGCG wins, they don't "win" anything at all, the case is simply gone. They're the defendants, not the plaintiffs.
