I read this again:
Accordingly, it is the Board’s opinion that the Reverse Stock Split would better position the Company to attract potential business candidates and provide the Stockholders a greater potential return.

BUT, they did this :
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 30 split Pay date=02/24/2015.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 35 split. Pay date=08/02/2016.

Therefore, CEO is a Useless and Shameless one..

Too Bad, I got in it before Reverse Split.. But I will Hold on my shares
