they did submit and then withdrew application to have more time to get all the companies into compliance...remember they have to get financials to US legal standards for BMBM (when was Emir Oil and the 8 million dollars in "escrow" still on the books that came with the business) and Russia, Kazakhstan and Cypress - the international anti-money laundering paperwork is mind blowing.

Russia recently upgraded their guidelines and FFIN RU is now in compliance as of January 2017....so they continue to diligently work on the global plan while expanding into Eurasia. Sunrise Investment System is being used in several countries.

When Turlov pulls this off, he will have branches in places no one else does....I still get impressed at what all he is doing.
