You guys on this board really need to DD on who new mountain captital is and there involvement with BLPH this is very HUGE imo
New mountain doesnt invest time or money into junk, I know this as fact! they do years worth of research before they get involved with any company. I do not know there intentions with BLPH just yet, however there track record and performace is 2nd to none. if you doubt what i say go to http://www.newmountaincapital.com/
research there TEAM also click on realized companies tab, take a look at what they've done. give you one example: STRA strayer education. stock was in the 20.00 range before new mountain got involved. The stock ran to 250.00+ a share. don't believe me? look at dates when new mountain got involved, compare it to a chart...its all there. the founders were all ex goldman sachs employees in the aquistions dept. this is where they got there start... i could go on and on, but you ALL need to do DD on this, as soon as i realized new mountain was on board, which was yesterday i discovered this, i loaded my position. this is not a daytrade for me. watch as this unfolds. good luck to all longs!!
