Fidelity, Vanguard and BB Biotech just checked in with their 13g's this week. Each holds over 5%. With Iridian's 20% and R. Kirks original stake which is around 15% nowadays, that makes over 50% of the OS held by just 5 persons or institutions. You can bet that many more whales hold smaller non-reportable pieces of this company so that the float is very small. The daily knocking around of the pps on low volume means absolutely nothing.
