Hell how many do I need to say it - Yes, Yes, Yes there is a Securities Fraud Investigation - AEGY was suspended for fraudulent activity - if it is raised to a Formal investigation - it is always for Fraud

You were asking for proof of a SEC investigation - if you had taken the time to read the 8-K AEGY filed you could have read it yourself.

AEGY stated there was a SEC investigation and that was your question - to provide proof - proof was provided and you want to try and change the question.
