They don't have options, technically.

They have Series A preferred which can be converted to ~5M shares at their own volition. They don't have to ask permission. They can sell them whenever they want and have promised to do so in a polite and orderly manner. Little reason to think they'd hold the Series A for an extended period after their formal letter ending the relationship.
