Palatin Technologies Inc. (PTN)

As everyone knows by now, I have never been a fan of current management team or the board for that fact, as they have not acted in the best interest of the shareholder/owners here. They have lined their pockets, continue to do so, and have executed little to nothing up to the most recent deal.

Watching this over the past two months and given the news announced, I honestly don't think they have a clue as to what they are doing....
They know how to do one thing and one thing well, capital raises.....
They continually throw common shareholders under the bus and mortgage the value of any investment here, so they can pay themselves outlandish salaries and line their own coffers with shares, while destroying any and all value for any common..

This company, its share structure and subsequently its core business become more corrupt and toxic by the minute.....

Wonder why insiders/institutions are running, when they have visibility of what occurs inside the board room here? They are coming to the same conclusions....
