We are still looking for details, however I think things are less severe than they first sounded.

Company has put out a couple news releases since and reacting to the investigation. Apparently it is routine for the CEO of a company under investigation there to be brought in and questioned - so that was not as red a flag as it first appeared (call it a pink flag). They also stressed the number of outside groups involved in the testing, dropping as many British organizations into the PR as they could.

The bottom line in these PRs was that they stood by their data and reiterated their intent to file for a US NDA in Q1 2017.
