On Payment date, the Transfer Agent and the Company initiate the process of sending certs to the broker dealers and individuals. The TA will send certs to the Broker Dealers and the Company to individuals holding certs. It can take 3-5 business days to process all payments. Once a Broker Dealer receives a cert, they then break it down into individual certs for all Sylios shareholders within the Broker Dealer. We have no control how quick they act to do this, but it is not long typically.
