Little Confused on Investigation.

haven't paid the closest of attention.. was surprised to see the Share Price so high on that last seemingly criminal twist.

Is the Investigation ongoing and still a possible and big risk, or is is gone??


Looking here, I get the impression that with this last PR about the deal with other company, all is forgotten/forgiven on the criminal investigation on clinical data manipulation... or whatever it was.
