There is a chance that one day a deal could happen, but nothing has been closed. Nothing more has transpired between HIPH and ABVG than what I posted in the link above.

Anyone buying HIPH should not be buying under the primary premise that a deal is going to happen with ABVG soon. Maybe one day in the future, but I don't suspect anything between them soon. I have personally confirmed that they have had some solid discussions in the past and that ABVG has assisted with some sales and distribution opportunities. Although they have had some very serious discussions and they do have some interest in each other, the ABVG CEO has a lot on his plate.
