I wish I felt as optimistic as you re: uplisting, I just don't see that happening anytime soon. There are too many requirements needed to affect that move and sadly I can't see how that can happen without some Divine Intervention.

Since the company announced their intentions for a reverse and for a new offering.... the PPS has dropped 40%. Even if they settled for the high bar on the reverse(60-1) we still wouldn't meet certain requirements. Needless to say, I;m very disappointed with the action of late.

Hoping for some good news!
