Yanquitrader, dont worry about mara running out of money. One thing that makes doug move and talk to shareholders is about selling stock to secure his million dollar pay. Trust me when he is at risk at that, he moves and tells investors... no problems...
Think of the irony... patent stock who makes its living in monetizing via licenses enforced by court system, files a lawsuit and goes down 10%
Doug has burned everyone, he has to show proof he can do it, he lost his verbal creditability nobody believes him. Now he must do which means everyone has to wait for completion of an event.
