Looks like THE MARV got schooled by a big league player. After many years and little progress, Mason wanted nothing more to do with Marvin and his "stories". Marvin lacks the cojones to fight it so Mason gets his money back and still keeps a piece of the Flynn technology which is all he was ever interested in. Meanwhile, Marv continues in the private placement business and shareholders sit with nothing more than Manny and his metals fiasco and an unknown piece of the Australian spinoff IF Marvin decides to share it with them IF it ever is worth anything. Ugly.
