Yes, it's still alive. The company is stopping SEC filings, though.

Season 2 of Stan Lee's Lucky Man" starts in a couple of weeks, in England (maybe elsewhere). Season one is available on iTunes.

I noticed Sky 1 and Carnival Films is sporting "Lucky Man" background photos on their Twitter/Facebook pages. Sky 1 also put out a press pack for season two. It looks like POWN will be helping with the promotion, with a motion comic based on the background of the bracelet.

Edit
I just noticed there are now four different market makers on the bid (1.6 cents).

In series two, do we hear more about the history of the bracelet?

One of the really exciting features of the new series is that we will have an accompanying animation - a motion comic, created
and built by Stan Lee and his team in Los Angeles. The animation will tell the story of the bracelet through various historical periods in time, right up until series one of Lucky Man, where Harry receives the bracelet from the current ‘torch’ Eve. It is going to be rendered by six different animators using different comic book styles with the hope that once the series has aired
it will be produced as a physical comic book.
