They probably will some day.
The real question is when and why.
If the company ever gets the deal done and then they dilute 500 or 600m shares the pps will suffer. But that is assuming that Dan and his team do exactly the same as Scott and his team.
But what if they dont?

What if they make a few million bucks diluting this and use those millions to increase the value of the asset?

When they do a RS to make a price that allows them a legit exchange that would be very different.

So far it doesn't seem to be anything to worry about.
They need the deal first.
If they can't get it to happen the stock is finished
